Kimberly Price represented me in court for a recent traffic appearance I was required to attend. Her expertise was instrumental in assisting me in navigating me through what i expected to be a very scary moment in life. I can not thank her enough for her assistance in easing my fear and wallet (and avoiding jail). I recommend anyone in my situation contact and utilize Collins, Price, Warner and Woloshin before you try and go it alone.

Kim Price and her team are great! I would definetly recommend her services to others. She was recommended to me! She is very detailed, attentive, organized and well versed in the legal field. She takes time to explain everything to you. She (as well as her team) is always reachable and respond promptly to any questions you may have. She knows her stuff and does her best to get you the best possible outcome while making sure you are well aware of and understand what all possible outcomes may be. She carries herself well in the court and seems to be well respected by her peers and the court system. She really cares and knows how to handle sensitive (or unique) matters. Overall very happy working with her. She goes above and beyond!

First of all I paid this man 10k for him to get up in court and not do his job at all! He will listen to what you tell him but when he gets in court it’s a different story! He got in court and was all over the place and was very fidgety! He let the prosecutor and her team get away with so much stuff! I’m not understanding the system anymore. I think they all work together! The bad part about is that you knew you messed up and didn’t do your job! Your getting paid to follow the persons directions that is paying you! Where was the evidence because the body cam footage would have shown that there wasn’t any evidence!

Response from owner

As with all clients, I did my best for your husband. I'm glad your husband was able to resolve his case and spare himself decades in prison. Even the best lawyers can't make evidence disappear. If that was your expectation, I am not surprised you are disappointed.

Patrick Collins is a godsend. This story is going to sound surreal, but I assure you, it's legit. I was facing 5 felony charges that could've possibly landed me 8yrs in prison. I paid Patrick a preliminary hearing fee of $1,500, he advised me to avoid said hearing due to the judge who might add time and or stipulations to my conditions prior to my court date. He told me he'd litigate my case with what I've paid him. I even suggested more money and he politely refused. He negotiated my case to a complete dismissal. We're talking 4 gun charges and an ammo charge... this guy can sell a ketchup popsicle to someone in white gloves... couldn't be happier. My fiancé and daughter thank you.

Pat collins always told me the truth about my case from day 1. He came highly recommended by my family attorney for criminal law. I would not hesitate to have him advise or represent me on any legal matter if ever required again.

I would NOT recommend this practice, when collins learned about my case I felt like he was very judgmental, and even with the unfortunate circumstance told me I was going to jail, have to register this and that. Ive never been in any trouble with police or court so I was asking questions and he talked very nasty in discussion. He tried to force me to take a plea deal that didn't make any sense what so ever. I never responded I ended up getting a public defender that truly cared about me and the situation that transpired. She fought for me, was respectful, informative, caring and I ended up getting probation for one year compared to the deal he tried to force me to take. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY, IM GLAD I ONLY SPENT 1000 bucks on this dude & IF I would've KEPT HIM PROBABLY WOULD BE IN JAIL RIGHT NOW.

Response from owner

Mr. Peal, I did not represent you on your case in Superior Court. You hired me back in 2020 for a preliminary hearing. At your request, I tried to negotiate a plea. You did not accept the plea. Lawyers can never force clients to take a plea. But we are required to communicate the plea to the client. When a judge accepts a plea in court, he or she asks if anyone is forcing the defendant to take a plea. If anyone is, the judge will not accept the plea. I am also never judgmental about my clients. They are all accused of crimes. My job is to give honest legal advice. If you took that as judgmental, I apologize. In any event, I'm glad your case worked out to your satisfaction.

I would not recommend Patrick Collins he talked my son into taking a plea he felt was best instead of fighting for him I've gotten 2nd opinions from other lawyers as well said the same thing he shouldn't have taken that 1st plea.. Now my son sits behind bars for another year and a half.. so disappointing.. I felt like he just wanted to get this case over with.. So no I do not recommend this law firm at all..
