I’m giving this place one star because of the front desk person Eva. She made each visit of mine extremely uncomfortable and would always stick her nose in places it did not belong. She tried convincing me to see the male chiropractor even though I said I only wanted to see the female chiropractor. She also was annoyed I didn’t get a car so quickly when my car was totaled and I was in a traumatizing hit in and run. Every appointment she would ask about my car situation and how I could just go to Carmax and get any car. She also is a liar and told me they sent my billing documents to my lawyer and that’s how they determined my coverage when in realty she didn’t send anything to my lawyers. She was so sketchy and all she wanted to do was take as much money as she can get. Eva made this whole experience more traumatic than what it already was. One good thing I would say is the chiropractor and massage therapist were amazing and professional.

I came here after getting rear-ended and honestly didn’t know what to expect. The Thornton staff made it way easier than I thought it would be. They walked me through everything and didn’t rush appointments. I liked that they actually listened when I explained where it hurt. Over time, my pain started easing up and I felt more normal again. Definitely glad I chose this location.
