I will speak only on what I know. I was hands down guilty. ON VIDEO !!! Maximum fine was $1,000 and I was going to have to appear in court. In a smaller town, and a job dealing with the public, this was devastating. I also did not want to stress over any members of my household knowing of my problem. I made one phone call and spoke for maybe 15 minutes. I DIDN'T appear in court, actually never missed any work at all! Total of fines / court costs = $297 DISCREET !! All communication is email or text. Whether you're right or wrong, folks, the old saying is true... He who represents himself in the court of law has a fool for a client. I am extremely impressed. QUIETLY relieved of the matter!
