After being diagnosed with a non curable brain tumor in 2019, I received a letter from SSA indicating I am no longer disabled as of 10/09/2024. The SSA letter also indicated if I wanted to appeal, my appeal needed to be received within 10 days of receiving the letter. In need of attorney, I received Comerford Law’s information from my medical team. I contacted Mr. Comerford, explained my situation and he agreed to be my representative to file my appeal and request a court date. Mr. Comerford recognized the sense of urgency with the appeal date requirement and immediately provided me with the forms for me to sign. Mr. Comerford was very timely in sending SSA my required appeal forms. Mr. Comerford diligently worked my appeal till 08/01/2025 presenting evidence to SSA to over turn their disability denial decision. On 08/11/2025 we received a letter from SSA indicating “we have decided that you are still disabled. Therefore, you do not need a disability hearing.” As a result of Mr. Comerford’s expertise, I continue to receive disability benefits. I highly recommend Comerford Law.
