Unless you have a cut and dry turn-key case, do NOT bother calling this firm. They are rude, cut you off mid-sentence, and make their evaluation STRICTLY on monetary value of your injuries... not the merit of the case (and when I say that I state it coming from a mid-tier (100k+) valued case!). I have never felt so dismissed in my life, and cannot recommend this firm to anyone who needs REAL representation. I was not even allowed to speak long enough to describe the case and evidence before being cut off multiple times to get to "possible damages". If you do not want to be treated as a number in line to extract funds, go elsewhere. I did.

I have had the opportunity recently to work with Seth Carroll. He is tenacious and hard-working. I would have no reservations trusting him with my case.

I have to say this past year they have been very helpful and very patient for being a first time. I would highly recommend anybody that’s been hurt in a work accident or whatever case it may be I definitely recommend Common law they help me with my caes and settled fast they don’t play no games they’re all about making sure their client is happy. I’m very excited that I got to meet with them and I know I probably gave them a headache, but they were very helpful.

Well we have been with firm for the last several months coming from another law firm that I let do to lack of communication, Max has been up to date with us and has done his job far and I believe and beyond what we expected, thanks Max. Seth has been handling my case very well no complaints yet lol jk doing a great job would recommend the firm to anyone that ask, thanks again and look forward to continued progress.

A while ago I was referred from a different Attorneys office to this Commonwealth Law office. I do not remember the guys name on the phone but i was talking down too, and disrespected. and very rude. I will not ever call this office ever again to seek help . And I will not ever referral friends and family . this person/office doesn't deserve a star but unfortunately i have to give one otherwise i cannot post this

I received an unsolicited phone call from this agency. The caller identified themselves as simply "Holly." I asked Holly a question and she told me to hold for a moment as she was driving. I asked her to call me back when she wasn't driving as she was clearly distracted. And who wouldn't be - she is driving a car and attempting to take care of some business matter, presumably. Holly then gets upset because I won't speak with her while she is driving a vehicle. I then just hang up because of how angry she was getting. She acted as if I was being rude to her by asking her to call me when she wasn't driving a vehicle. I don't know if this type of thing is commonplace at Commonwealth, but this is not acceptable even once. And if you don't think this is concerning, consider your own potential financial liability- vicarious liability is a thing.

I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with Commonwealth Law Group, specifically my legal team, Merrin Overbeck and Ashlee Johnson, despite some lack of communication (purely my end) I was still able to reach an amazingly favorable outcome thanks to them, I’ve already begun to recommend them to all of my friends who happen to need services they can provide! Hopefully, I should never need an attorney again but if I do, I’m glad to have a great place to start, and they definitely have my future business if needed!

If I could leave a 0 star I would horrible experience working on my case over a year to get rip off at t he end I got to be held responsible for there mistake took over a year to realize they did guess they satisfied now after they got me to sighn should have went eles where

Dustin Carter (attorney) and Leslie Et Alia (paralegal) have represented me on my workers compensation case since 12/2022. After reading the reviews, I reached out to the firm in November of 2023. Gave them information regarding my case. Sadly there was no follow-up, return phone call or anything. I've reached back out to them a few times however there's never anyone to speak with or talk to. After submitting my case information multiple times I had to choose a more responsive firm.

I was following up on a record request. Brianna was super pleasant when I spoke to her!

Merrin Overbeck and her paralegal Ashlee Johnson were top notch! I had a case with another group that dragged for almost 2 years, and was very frustrated. Merrin did a phenomenal job in researching the case and putting the case front and center prior to the 2 year anniversary of the accident. I could not be more than happy with the effort both her and Ms. Ashlee put towards my case to get it resolved. I know they had other cases, but they both made it feel like I was at the top of their list during our conversations, and were so organized that I'm glad they were able to take over the case and get me to a conclusion. If I have the misfortune of another Workers Comp case or personal injury, they will be the first people I reach out to. Thank you to both for finally getting me some compensation for my injury.

I really Enjoyed working with Merrin Overbeck with CLG. Always very professional. Did an awesome job with all areas of my case with Workman's Comp. Hopefully I won't need to reach out in future, but if I do, It will be her that I ask for!!

You will not find a better law firm, anywhere, then Commonwealth Law Group. They treat their clients with the highest integrity and respect. They went above and beyond to help, and won, a difficult case for my son. They worked very quickly and diligently on the case. They were extremely thorough! They were all so very kind and professional. A special shout out to Seth, Brianna and Gianna who were all outstanding and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will never look any further for another attorney then this group of truly wonderful people.

The people here seem racist they were very ignorant towards me after hearing my voice and I was very respectful the lady who answered the phone as well as the guy taking down the case information this place is very unprofessional and have unpleasant workers that push people away when calling in. dont recommend
