Make sure you insist on a monthly invoice he is horrible with your retainer and won't give you any accounting then tell you that you exhausted your money! Shows up late for court, makes deals with attys with out consulting you .

All was good while handing the retainer over. Court date comes and no representation, get a phone call from him trying to explian why me showing up on the date appointed by the court was my fault and not his. Then he proceeds to tell me hes withdrawaling (after i expressed i didnt need his services anymore) and hangs up on his former client.
