I never thought anyone in my family would ever end up in need of lawyers for personal injury but; after the None Emergency Medical Transport company we were using for my mom decided to play, flip the stretcher with her strapped to it in the middle of the parking lot that quickly changed. After the shock of what happened, we decided to give Conley Griggs Partin a call. Right out the gate there was just a good vibe from everyone I talked to. Will Owens, Alex Edmonds, and Miguel Frederick were the ones from the firm that took our case, with Miguel being the main go between. At no point did any of them ever give the feeling my mom and her case was just a number on a spread sheet. That alone went a long way with us. A little over a year later, they were able to get a very nice settlement from the insurance company which has given my mom and our family financial peace of mind, and that is after the firms 40% plus fees. So if you find yourself looking at this firm as an option and reading my review, give them a chance. Hopefully they will be able to help you too.

As soon as the representative answered the phone, I asked if they handled cases like mine. He responded that I would need to speak with an attorney to get an answer, and then revealed that he was just the receptionist. He then proceeded to ask me for all my information and a detailed description of my case. After I provided that, he abruptly told me that it was outside their scope of practice. I was taken aback - why didn't he say that from the beginning? I felt like I'd wasted several minutes of my time on a useless call with no helpful guidance.

There are no words that I can express for how grateful I am for Chip George and his team. From start to finish. I felt my voice was heard. Sherry and Courtney were awesome and very patient with me as well. I feel there was a bond made. I had a venting session and was in tears once when Chip called, he did not make me feel crazy.
