I really enjoyed working with Conscious Family Law & Mediation. They are a really thoughtful group and provide a very unique service, doing the best they can to help couples have a peaceful transition through an incredibly difficult time. Peter is warm, sensitive and is well trained in managing conflict while also working through logistical matters. I do have one piece of feedback for the work that was done with us, but happy to chat privately on the phone if desired!

Janette and Calissa did a great job helping us through the mediation process and preparing our paperwork. They were fast, easy to work with, and they made the process very digestible. They were very responsive through email, and did not waste any time during our meetings. We're very happy that we chose them for what could have otherwise been a tough process.

Every step of the process was smooth, reasonable, and pleasant. And every member of the team was kind, helpful. Quite grateful over here!

Goes without saying that divorce is one of the most difficult things a person can face, and I appreciate Lexi and the whole Conscious Family team for the way they guided us through the process with compassion and grace. Although divorce will no doubt be difficult, it doesn't have to be excruciatingly so, and if you're open to a more collaborative over a combative approach, Conscious Family is the best team out there to help make it happen. Now that everything is final, I give them a lot of credit for us achieving the best overall outcome (and also credit my ex-wife and myself for showing up to do the work).

Conscious Family did a great job. Process from the beginning to the end was transparent and clear. Team members were highly responsive to all questions.

Conscious Family genuinely worked for both parties best interest and were very fair with our time, saving us money. The team was always approachable, prompt and helpful. Their process seemed well put together and was straight forward.

On May 11th I wrote a complaint letter to Peter Fabish at Conscious Family Law and Mediation LLC regarding Mediation services with him on February 26, 2024. The least that I expected was a refund check for $750. There has been no response. Without going into the details, I will say that Peter's actions led to one member of a group of three seeking Mediation for an APR, Allocation for Parental Responsibilities, to make a radical move on March 1st, 2024 that led to the false arrest of another person in the group of three, serious criminal charges, and the removal of a young child from two people he loves and a home he feels safe in. Subsequently, my entire humble savings is gone to legal fees and my next step is to take out a loan. I am 76 and live on Social Security. The consequences because of Peter's incompetence has thrown us into a crisis that may never be fully resolved. We gave a clear picture of what we expected from Mediation in our intake session and we requested the non-attorney for Mediation to save money. Peter showing up as an attorney was their first mistake. The trauma from this incident has been highly stressful and harmful though abruptly losing the child in our lives is the deepest grief that I have ever experienced. It was a life-changing mistake to use this company and Peter Fabish.

As hard as the divorce process is, Conscious Family made it as palatable as possible. They walked us through every step and helped with everything. We enjoyed our time working with these kind and compassionate individuals!

I had a wonderful experience working with John Hoelle on a collaborative premarital agreement. I had hoped that creating a premarital agreement could be a positive experience, and with John's help it was! He was a great listener, open minded, and skilled at creating an agreement that achieved our goals.

Worked with Janette Jordan and absolutely loved her. We put together a prenup and estate planning, she made the entire process easy and painless.

Conscious Family Law and Mediation provided us a safe and supportive place to work through such an emotional and difficult situation. Separation is not a easy process, but I am very thankful to have found the team at Conscious Family Law to help guide us through the legal requirements with kindness, patience, and skillfulness. I highly recommend their team for couples that are ready to divorce and want to do so with the least amount of harm and suffering. I also found their billing reasonable and a good value for the service provided.
