Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This law group attempted to garnish funds from me despite having an active Chapter 7 bankruptcy on file. Instead of verifying legal status before taking action, they moved forward with collection efforts. To make matters worse, they claim there was a judgment from 2021 that I was never properly notified about because it was allegedly sent to the wrong address. No prior communication. No proper service. No accountability. A professional law office should verify facts, confirm legal standing, and communicate clearly before attempting aggressive collection tactics. The lack of due diligence and basic professionalism here is alarming. I would strongly caution anyone dealing with this office to double-check everything, document all communication, and know your rights.

I wish there a way to give 0 star I would writing this review it make me mad even more this people are the worst fraud and money hungry I ever seen in my life starting last year I make my payment with them on phone yesterday and day before they start hanging up the phone on me I was like why and now I understand why they want me to send them a money order or cashier check and want it my Wednesday can you believe that they want to do that so they can have excuse of garnish people bank account or there check this Utah tittle loan are same like them this is ridiculous as he'll I hope that you get what you deserve one day all this people that work are worst.

Can't believe their practices are legal. I haven't gotten a single piece of mail to my residence, I've left several voicemails and emails with no response. All I have ever wanted to do was pay my total and be on my way. They clearly don't want that, and will pervasively go behind your back and exhibit unruly and unjust behaviors because they can. They are to be avoided like the plague. Which should be easy since the only correspondence you will have with them is through the court. They are unwilling and unable to even speak to you as a citizen, and give you simple and clear answers. They sued me without me seeing a single document, and I wasn't able to go to court or plead my case, or talk to them. They are to blame for that. I now understand the joke about lawyers working a dishonest job. They exist to win cases, not be a good person. Overall, i wouldn't wish their presence on my worst enemy.

Unprofessional money hungry people. I sent in a letter answering their “case” multiple times with no answer and they decided to send it to court. Emily is the worst person at this greedy company and I truly hope she is fired

They somehow thought I employed someone that had some debt that needed to be collected. I sent an email saying that I had never heard of this person and they never worked for me but they "didn't receive my email." I immediately got some predatory debt collection vibes. I had to stay on the phone with Liz and send the email multiple times for her to receive it. If these guys are after you... good luck.

He puts the "con" in constantino This guy should be disbarred and thrown in jail. Seriously. He buys old debts no one cares about and sues for huge amounts of money. Asks for ridiculous settlements that don't even make sense, (70% of WHAT?!) then if you try to defend yourself instead of taking the default judgment, he belittles you to the court. All while rescheduling court dates to take Hawaiian vacations. This man is truly the scum of the earth. Beware.

This Gregory Constantino is a crook, and the biggest fraud. I don't recommend this dam lawyer to anybody. He is nothing but a dam rip off person. Takes your dam money, and will run.

Sued me at the worst part of the pandemic!! They are complete slim balls! I was so suicidal! They almost put the bullet in the gun!

I had a judgement and lien filled against me by this law firm so in the first part of April 2021 this was paid in full and I was told I would be receiving copies of the release papers which I finally received on July 23 2021 and the release papers were dated April 8 2021. So evidently they are so busy trying to collect money that paperwork just piles up and they could care less about getting release copies out so people can take care of their financial situations. This is a extremely poor way to treat people and this so called law practice should face some kind of disciplinary action. Lawyers and Politicians are truly the lowest form of human life!!!
