I was charged with 5 class E felonies of auto burglary, and theft over 500$. If it wasn’t for Mr. Bill Underhill and his hard work, I very well could’ve ended up deeper in the hole than I already was. He worked out a deal that resulted in me having probation rather than jail time, which was a huge factor in helping me get my life back together and turn things around. Mr.Underhill was always very kind, considerate and helpful, I am grateful for having the opportunity to have had him as my lawyer.

Called to set up an appointment for a consultation for an auto accident where I was re-ended by a drunk driver. Briefly explained my situation over the phone and was told someone would return my call. They never did. Called back a couple weeks later in an attempt to try again. This time I was told that someone tried to return my call previousIy but couldn't reach me. I checked my calls and voice mails.... not true. Then I was told Mr Converse isn't really doing injury cases right now and they could recommend someone else to me. Basically blew me off without even giving me the chance to present my case. I won't be calling them again for anything in the future. I bet if I had been injured on the job at one of these companies in Springfield they would have been holding the door open for me. Thanks for nothing.
