Needed a consult concerning personal injury. The secretary was bizarre during the first call, using emotionally laden communication as if, to my understanding, screening me for "red flags", something I attribute to unconsented psychology testing, identifying if I have a real issue, for example, according to my fortitude (such is illegal). The secretary I called on the day of, kept telling me that personal injury means car accident (the other one's I've tried to talk to in the past would say that, plus slip and fall, and upoon a challenge, add medical malpractice). At appointment, I went to confirm there was no consult fee to segue into the depth of info I need, per that consult fees protect the value of the investment, and the dude lectured me about it how he wont do that, and claimed he wasn't hostile that all he was doing was "answering my questions." I'd only asked one (two, to include of sounding hostile, is that how he wants to sound towards me... I left less than 2 minutes in. And other upsetting details I wont mention. That type of processing of interactions, leaves me (and my community), vulnerable to consistent abuses and lack of access to legal care. I emotionally can't tolerate him deciding what decorum of conduct is agreeable to me, or tolerable, especially if I, in no uncertain terms, make him aware that his conduct is beyond consult necessary. It sucked really bad. I relied on that, I relied on that I would get to my content, and leave with actionable steps to make one accountable. Conway didn't even bother to hold himself accountable, not even that, in personal injury, something is trying to get done now, and not for no good reason, and he couldn't value that, nor produce an outcome that dignifies myself, that I was in the context I needed to be in.
