Cooper, Barton & Cooper

I am highly disappointed with the lack of professional correspondence from Cooper Barton & Cooper. Based on a high recommendation from a friend who is a paralegal, I had high expectations for their client case management. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I had a consultation with Attorney Ken Barton back in July 2025. I was assured I had a strong case and told that he simply needed to review it with his partners for final approval. Since then, I have had to follow up numerous times, only to be met with false statements and total uncertainty. It appears the firm is experiencing a chaotic transitional period; every single person I was previously in correspondence with is no longer employed there. It is now March 2026, and I still have not received a definitive "Yes" or "No" regarding client engagement. I expected much better communication and professional courtesy from a firm of this supposed caliber.

A powerhouse of skilled well trained attorneys at the top of their field. Mr Ken is absolutely masterful and knowledgeable of the law and as well ready for a trial if necessary.
