I called this firm regarding a major legal malpractice suit and based on the extreme rudeness of the receptionist I would not recommend this firm as it is an indication of the overall lack of professionalism of those that employ her.

He has a warm demeanor, and a nice conversational tone. Throughout our discussion and setting expectations, we knew we could trust him.
