Jeff was extremely easy to work with, very communicative, and was able to explain things in a way I could understand them. Additionally, our initial M&A agreement includes an earn out clause where we would not receive the additional valuation for 4-5 years. By the time we closed the transaction, Jeff was able to guide us through the negotiation to obtain that extra valuation upfront rather than down the road. I would not hesitate to work with Jeff again and would recommend him for others working through M&A deals.
