Not much help at all, seem to only care about getting paid more then helping a client through a situation. A lot of money spent and acquired over months of working with this firm, for very little effort and very poor communication. Unless that lawyer can charge you for a phone call or a sit down meeting they are not willing to help unless it involves money and getting paid no matter how long you have worked with them in the past. Wouldn't recommend Kathleen Rockey as a lawyer to anyone!

Dave is very professional and understanding.

I have emailed and called twice and no one ever replies to an email or returns a call. If you want someone to represent you don't call them.

All the support staff and Dave Copple were extremely caring and helpful, quick to respond and considerate of my time as well in regards to the estate of my father. I will highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an attorney and also consider them for any future personal legal needs.

I was one of Kathy Rockey’s first workers compensation clients. Kathy put in overtime to make sure that I was taken care of for my injuries. I think that she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of. I have had other issues on which she has advised me and my family on. Kathy Rockey is hands down the most efficient, hard working, and knowledgeable lawyer. She was very prompt with returning calls, setting up meetings, doing thorough background work, and willing to listen to any concerns that arose. Michelle Schlecht has represented me now on two separate occasions for related issues. David Copple assisted on the first issue. I could not have asked for better outcomes in either matter. Here’s why you want Ms. Schlecht representing you: 1. She will manage your expectations. If you’re seeking counsel, more than likely you’ll be emotional about it. I know I have been. Both Ms. Schlecht and Mr. Copple told me what to expect - even though it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. However, in both cases, what unfolded was extremely close to what they initially suggested might transpire. They never made me any promises. But in the end, I was very pleased both times. 2. She comes prepared. In the two cases I experienced, she showed up better prepared than two different opposing counsels. It wasn’t even close. 3. She is organized. Again, I saw her better organized than two different opposing counsels. This may seem like a small detail, but I’ve seen its benefit. 4. She will promptly return your messages. I never expected an immediate response, but she ALWAYS returned a phone call or email within 24 hours. If your matter ends up in the courtroom, the better prepared and more organized you are, the easier it is to react to the surprises that will more than likely follow you into the courtroom on the day of your hearing. I highly recommend this firm, especially Ms. Schlecht and Mr. Copple. I’ve also heard great things about the other attorneys in this office from friends and family who have been represented by them.
