I was considering bankruptcy after advice from friends and family as well as industry experts as an option for my struggling startup. Not something i thought i would ever experience and i was both fearful and worried. Mr. Hollender was the only lawyer that invited me in person for a free consult rather than your usual phone call and yet I didn't pick him from google since i aimed for more number of reviews but im glad a friend of a friend referred me to them and I took the meeting. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everything we spoke about in that first meeting about the way its going to go and how the case will be handled was executed exactly how it was explained and they GO THROUGH EVERYTHING. They pay attention to every detail to give the best outcome for the client. This firm always picks up the phone or calls back and emails immediatley. My paralegal Mr. Brian Palma who filed all my stuff and was prompt with any extra paperwork needed or any updates. He always picks up the phone when I call freaking out multiple times because of worry and stress and asking questions about certain bills and paperwork etc. He kept me updated and calm. Along with Mr. Hollender, Miss Beata Gaedek the lawyer assigned to my case met with me during the consult and before filing and also provided a sense of calmness and professionalism in being confident of what would take place.
