Their firm didn't take the time to properly explain what I signed in an agreement. I was then notified of a judgement against me for a debt that isn't mine. This firm said nothing about judgements or public records. I then contacted them to tell them that I was misinformed and they didn't address any of my concerns. Apparently, they think that it's okay not to explain to people what they are signing.
