There are not enough stars to rate Mr. Kaptan. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to the law, he's a brilliant strategist. His knowledge, counsel, and guidance have been invaluable. I prefer to hear the brass tacs of my situations and the options. He is very nice and easy to talk to, but respectfully no fluff. He explains in detail each option to remedy your situation, his opinion of each, which he would recommend, but lets you decide how you want to proceed. He keeps you in the loop and makes sure you fully understand what's happening in your situation. I honestly don't trust anyone else for civil legal counsel. No BS, awesome representation, stellar outcomes.
