I usd this law form to assist me with some issues I had during a land purchase. The contract had requirements that were not met in a timely manner and they were able to assist me without the need of going through litigation. I gave only 4 stars due to following reasons: 1. The communucation was not always clear 2. The follow up was not alsways as I had envisioned I would still highly reccomend this firm to anyone seeking assistance with real estate deals.

What an amazing law office. We met with Kenny first and he answered all our questions and we figured we were done. Then we had another issue come up and stopped by to talk to Ella. We asked Ella our question and she said "wait a min" next thing we knew Kayla came in the room, answered all our questions and got the process started for an eviction. They stayed on the entire process until the person was evicted. Their knowledge and assistance made the process very quick. Highly recommended this law office.

RESPONSIVE! I ran into a problem with a beach condo closing at 7pm the day before we were supposed to close. It was an HOA issue and the next morning they took my phone call and started working on solutions to get the deal done! We were able to close the deal and mitigate the risk with signed documents. Couldn't have done it without this team!
