I had a really positive experience here. Amanda and Nelson were helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and kept everything moving smoothly. It’s clear they care about their clients.

My father was involved in a car accident last week and reached out to Robles Law for assistance. He was scheduled for an appointment yesterday (of last week) at a specific time, but no one was present upon his arrival. He was then instructed to return today at 11:00 AM to meet with the attorney; however, once again, no one was there on time, and the lawyer never arrived. He has now been asked to return tomorrow at noon. This pattern of unprofessional behavior raises serious concerns about the firm’s reliability and commitment to clients. Additionally, we overheard staff members making derogatory remarks about a particular group of people — an unacceptable practice, especially given that this group represents a large portion of our local community. We advise others to exercise caution when considering this law firm, as our experience suggests a lack of professionalism and unequal treatment of clients.
