I am a truck driver who holds a CDL. I was arrested for DUI after the police found me sleeping in my vehicle. I was drinking alcohol earlier in the evening. I blew a .16 on the pbt. I received a summary suspension of my CDL. I hired James Cosmano as my lawyer. I was told he is the best. I agree. James won my summary suspension hearing, which removed the suspension from my record. James then filed a motion to suppress the evidence challenging the manner in which the police conducted their dui investigation. After a hearing, the judge granted my motion to suppress and all of the evidence was thrown out.. The state subsequently dismissed my DUI charge. You would think for someone that’s a lawyer would abide by the laws, this man yelled at my friend (who is still paying rent living in that dump apartment) to throw all my stuff outside. He also got into a screaming match with himself because I brought up squatters rights simply to de-escalate the conversation we were unfortunately having. (I’m 22 years old and had this conversation with this man where he was yelling in my face), then asked my friend if he could throw all of my belongings outside… completely unprofessional, very whiny and unempathetic. 0/10 would never recommend and will definitely let my social media of over 100,000 followers to know. Any lies in response will be taken seriously as I do not condone behavior like this from and elder man. I can answer and more questions and send pictures to anyone who is curious for more information. Do not rent from him!! Bad experience from almost everyone in the building. Edit: he also tried to blame my service animal trained cat for the damages when the apartment he was trying to rent out for his son was already a dump. Infested with spiders and bugs.
