Randall Montoya I advise you not to go with lawyer Julio Acosta, since he doesn't actually work in your favor but rather for his own benefit. Then, seeing your desperation and the fact that you're already broke, he makes deals against you, charging for invoices that don't exist, and the client is the one who has to pay for them. This results in a reduction of your compensation.
