Full disclosure - I can’t review the firm, their staff, or their knowledge. As for professionalism, I called several times over a two week period to try to speak with an attorney about getting help with my parents’ estate, both of whom passed within the last few months. I provided some background information to the secretary with whom I spoke and was told each time I called that one of the attorneys would call me back “soon.” No one ever called and honestly, I felt like I was getting the runaround because my relatively simple situation wasn’t worth their time or effort as it wouldn’t be a moneymaker for them. They probably did me a favor by not returning my calls. If they can’t do the basic things like return a call, even to say they’re too busy to take on my probate case, it makes me wonder what else they “can’t” do.

Please avoid this firm at all costs. We hired this firm for an estate probate and are extremely sorry we did. They have charged us a large amount of money and the disorganization of this firm is ridiculous. We have been passed off to five different people to handle our case. There is zero follow through, zero communication and it takes weeks of calling the office to try and get a call back from anyone. We have letters and emails that were never even replied to for follow up. We will be taking this matter with all our documentation to the Attorney Disciplinary / Grievance Committee and filing a complaint.

Couldn't be any more impressed with the level of knowledge, the consummate professionalism, and innovation demonstrated by the team at Costello. Incredible group of attorneys, paralegals and professionals!
