I called Greg's office at 10am on a Friday morning in a panic over a residential real estate purchase that was supposed to close that day but was going sideways. Greg was in court but his office promised a call back. Greg called me back before noon and within 20 minutes he had walked me through the issues, agreed to help, reassured me that we were in the right and assured me that he would handle the issue. Greg worked over the weekend with the unreasonable sellers and their agent to address all issues. He kept in great contact with me throughout the process. He treated us with respect and was completely professional but also provided the kind, warm, personal reassurance we needed in an extraordinarily tough time. Greg salvaged what could have been a dreadful situation and made sure that we were protected and closed the deal on our dream home. While I wish it hadn't been necessary to involve a lawyer at all the sellers left us no choice and in the end calling Greg was absolutely the right decision.
