Revising my review, initially found them to be easy to work with. Found out much too late that they used the incorrect address against my instructions on all state and federal entity registrations. Unsatisfied at this point because this mistake on their part is causing me a lot of additional complications. If you are comfortable having extremely junior paralegals do the filings, use this company, if not, look elsewhere. Much too expensive for the mistakes.

Counsel for Creators made the process of setting up my LLC so fast and easy – I wish I had found them sooner and saved myself weeks of research about next steps.

I used there services for forming the LLC and some trademark help but I learned much later that they are not to be trusted they are ripping you off. So I got an email from them about BOIR, a new filing for businesses to report their Beneficial Ownership Information Report by the end of this year. This literally take less than 10 min to do on your own ( just asks your business name and that's it). They sent me an email saying I need to file asap and that they would charge me $300 for this and I would have to fill out 2 forms which takes longer than the actual BOIR file. Oh and bec I am so special they will give me 15% discount. They are just ripping you off. SAVE YOUR MONEY They also messed up my trademark I have paid them to file and they did a very careless file. They just want your money but provide you very little support and they don't really care about you needs! Isn't lawyers big part to be trusted well I don't.
