Marc has been my family law attorney since the beginning of 2017. I never had an attorney, especially one to help me get more time with my daughter in the state of California. Responsive and friendly atmosphere.

Two points for taking my call. I called the county law center this morning gave them an overview of what I needed they assured me they could deal with it. I spoke to I'm assuming the main lawyer. After 15 seconds, and I will admit I was a little emotional due to the surrounding circumstances, he interrupted me and said he didn't want to take my case because he was saddled with work. Sir, then why take my call only to turn me down? Again this might be my own doing because I was slightly emotional on the phone as you might be able to understand when you're dealing with trusts and family and a negative situation. The gentleman might be an absolute professional and stud in the ring but getting his services might be tricky.

Was given 30 days continuance to serve me. I had to call twice and write a formal letter. Even went to his office to pick up his clients pleadings, and he wasn't there. Not my job btw. He finally served the papers 3 days before our hearing by mail, when it's supposed to be 21 days. Needless to say I wasn't happy and wasn't able to file my response in time.

Always been reliable, one on one, and never have I had I ran into any issues with your service. If you need an attorney Marc is who you should call.

They're great at padding a bill. We were billed for (2) attorney's to be at our group meeting yet only (1) attended, we were billed for an introductory phone call before we were even clients. Anyway, It was clear quickly that this was not going to be the firm for us (group decision), we requested a refund of what was left of our retainer, they loaded up everything they could, kept 90% and took 4 months to send us a check, of course I had to email every month to ask for it.
