Brandstetter and the receptionist in the office are the most disrespectful and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. Thankfully he is retiring but I strongly advise against using this law office. I paid a ridiculous fee for a consultation which he cut short. And was extremely disrespectful to me throughout the entire conversation. I then called back to ask a quick question regarding our previous phone call, the call lasted under 2 minutes, and I was billed for $90. He was rude, condescending, and uninterested in my consultation. His receptionist has the same attitude that he does. I would never pay them another cent. Go anywhere else for any legal services.
