Heather, we are sorry to read your review and understand how frustrating the Social Security process can be.<br><br>These claims often involve long stretches of waiting, and it can understandably feel at times like nothing is happening. In our practice, every call, email, medical submission, and agency contact is logged in our case management system as part of our standard procedures. After you retained us in late August, our records reflect consistent communication with you, documented follow-up efforts with DDS, and submission of information intended to support your claim.<br><br>When you advised that you were having difficulty reaching your assigned case manager at SSA, we did not leave that solely to you. We made documented attempts to contact the SSA/DDS examiner as well and submitted information we reasonably anticipated would be requested so that your claim would not be negatively impacted by any delay in response from the agency. At times, DDS must speak directly with the claimant, which is why you were encouraged to continue your efforts while we were doing the same.<br><br>Social Security makes its determinations independently based on its review of the evidence, and denials at the initial stages are unfortunately common. When your denial was received, we promptly filed the appeal and continued our documented efforts with the agency.<br><br>We regret that this has been your perception of the experience. However, the documented history of your file reflects consistent activity and communication throughout our representation, including direct communication with you and documented follow-up efforts with the agency. Since you have indicated you intend to seek other counsel, we will reach out to coordinate a smooth transition once new representation is in place. We wish you the best moving forward.

Mr. Blue Flame, I do not know who you are. I do not recognize the facts you have described. I understand getting a denial is very disappointing and clients are unhappy. However, if a client is wrongfully denied, we file appeals or assist with the filing a new application. The only denials we close out are those that we think cannot be won on the facts and circumstances of the case. We explain in detail why we feel a case is denied and advise which steps should be taken and why.
