Wasted 4 years of my life, then retired while in the middle of our case. Would even bill you for a simple email reply for questions regarding our case. Was never available for a text/phone call either to ask questions. Communication was nearly 0, unless it could be billed. Even then, it'd sometimes take weeks to hear back from him.
