Doesn't seem like a lawyer that really cares. Insurance company blatantly screws me over and this place pretty much tells me that there is nothing that can be done. So I'm going to take their advice and call lawyers that are worth a damn.

my personal experience regarding the phone consultation was a lack of listening skills, interest and a hint of racism. Of course this is only my opinion based on my personal experience. I make this statement because the assistant was extremely rude and displayed poor listening skills. she asked questions that were too detailed and irrelevant for a phone consultation. The Attorney 'Craig' was rude, and belligerent also. I would move on if you are a person of color. I do not believe this attorney will treat you with human decency.
