Stay away from this place. Take your money elsewhere. They never showed to my court date and tried to gaslight me saying that someone did show up. The people who worked there should all be fired. They NEVER return calls, I'm still waiting on a call from November (it's March 2026). If I don't call them to make an appointment they will not reach and YOU WILL MISS YOUR COURT DATE!!! The receptionist lady is always clueless and never knows anything since her only job is to answer phone calls, but yet can't seem to make phone calls. I was treated worse than garbage, they will make you feel as if they are doing you a favor, even though you are paying them. They have questionable people working there and makes your question their competence in regards to them doing their job. I was told I was rude and was harassing them when I confronted them about the attorney not showing up to court and when I confronted them about their lack of communication, more like no communication. Go elsewhere!!! The negative reviews are TRUE!!!!

I was involved in a vehicle accident in which a simple report was taken. A few months later, I received notice from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, which stated I was being charged with some misdemeanor traffic offenses, including DUI. My immediate response was to contact an attorney. After speaking with friends who work in the criminal justice system, I was referred to Craig Mueller’s office over and over again. I researched his experience and found he had previously served as a Deputy District Attorney for the city of Las Vegas. It was clear he understood the criminal system from the perspectives of both prosecution and defense. Contacting him for a legal consultation was a no-brainer. The staff at his office were very welcoming and friendly. During my consultation with Craig, he was able to answer all of my questions in-depth and provided a clear understanding of the criminal court system. Although my charges were all misdemeanors, Craig made me feel understood and took my case seriously. His office manager, Rosa, provided me with constant updates after each court date and kept me informed as to what the next steps would be. It was also nice to know that if I called Craig’s office, I spoke with an actual person right away instead of being prompted to an automated phone system with endless options. I could always count on Isabel to answer my calls and help with any questions or concerns I had. Craig fought hard for my case, and after months of litigation, he managed to get it dismissed without prejudice. The state of Nevada then refiled the same case later, and Craig did not waste any time continuing to defend me. I was impressed with Craig’s relentless representation and the rapport that he had with the court staff, including the prosecution. He was transparent as to what options I had throughout the court process and the possible outcomes of each court date, which only strengthened my confidence in him. A year after the charges were brought before me, Craig managed to get the entire case dismissed yet again. I was not convicted on any charges thanks to the expertise of Craig and his team. Now, I have retained Craig’s help once again. This time, I am in the process of filing a motion to seal the record of the case altogether since it was dismissed. Although being charged with any crime is a stressful experience, Craig’s team made it painless and easy to navigate. I cannot praise Craig Mueller and his office enough. I was initially intimidated to reach out to him because of the perspective I previously had towards lawyers, but Craig’s professionalism and honesty changed my entire outlook on what I expected from an attorney. If you’re unsure whether you should retain an attorney for any criminal matter, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Craig Mueller. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. All criminal records can have implications for career prospects, among other issues. There are thousands of attorneys in Las Vegas, rather than getting an attorney who has a catchy jingle, focus on getting an attorney who will get you what you deserve and take it to court if needed.

⭐️ 1-Star Review This was one of the most unprofessional legal experiences I’ve ever had. I paid a retainer, and not a single step was taken on my case. No updates, no communication, and no progress whatsoever. Because nothing was getting done, I hired Attorney Todd Leventhal, who charged half the price and actually resolved my case quickly and efficiently—something that should have been done from the start. Despite doing zero work, this attorney kept my retainer and never returned a cent. It’s unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office. My experience was a waste of time, energy, and money. I would not recommend his services.

Extremely grateful for Craig Mueller & Associates' help in dealing with a legal issue. Craig is extremely knowledgeable about how the system works and how best to navigate the path to resolution. Communication was a little sparse, but overall, I received the information I needed, including the likelihood of various possible outcomes. Avoid this office at all costs! The record sealing they were paid for 11 months ago was supposed to take 4 months. They sent my paperwork to the wrong court. They have had 3 employees leave my case unattended and refuse to return phone calls. Employees of this office have asked me for the phone number I used to talk to the district attorneys office. The only time I spoke with Craig Muller was 10 months in threatening to submit a complaint to the bar since he refused to return a call for almost a year. This office is unprofessional and beyond frustrating. They still have not completed myrecord sealing...
