When I first got ran over I had a broken leg infection in my foot from being dragged and a plate behind my eye. I was so mad when the driver said that I rode into him when I was the opposite so I was a little hostile hurt and in pain. I am so very thankful that the attorneys didn't get frustrated with me I also had the idea that I was going to sue for $50,000 because I could have died. I went to the office and had a meeting with them and they explained to me about how damages were handled. So I thought I was going to get a couple thousand dollars for what could have took my life. The attorneys were sincere and understood my emotions which didn't allow themselves to be provoked by me I finally just had to come to peace on this deal and when it was all said and over with I was so happy about the check I got which is going to help me out tremendously in my transition. If you want a caustic experience with an attorney that calls you a crook and a con-man and tells you that they will not argue your case because they didn't want to be laughed at by her peers then this is the company for you. When I told her my back pain had doubled the day after the accident, she loudly said I already had back pain and she wouldn't include it. Turns out a disc had been damaged but it never got into the case. When I was required to seek PT for an answer to the numbness in my leg I did it for two months at $50 twice a week. After that time there had been no change in the problem and the therapist and I decided that there wasn't any reason to keep going. I was told, again, at a high decibel level, that I didn't go long enough and again it wasn't addressed in the case. Turns out after I initiated to have a nerve test on my legs we found out I only had half as much response in my left leg as compared to the right. The nerves were damaged in the accident and there was no cure. I had a concussion because of the accident and have ever sense had problem with balance and if I look up to many times in a row I become nauseated to the point that I vomit. Although the therapist agreed with me that she had no idea why, she then proceeded to write in the discharge that it was my blood pressure medicine. During the sessions we had proved the medicine had nothing to do with it. Would my attorney call and question the therapist, No. After waiting four years for her to settle my case I had to go higher up the chain and demand that the whole thing was to end and consequently had to take less of a settlement than I felt was right. My car was totaled, and I received several serious injuries which required surgery. I'd work with them again if ever necessary, they're friendly, timely and well organized.
