I am writing to formally express the concern and frustration regarding the conduct of your attorney David Harnett, who represents the dollar tree . I was awarded $600 in a court of law, And a judge ordered him to pay it, and he disobeyed and order from a judge. What attorney does that that has an ounce of integrity? Despite the courts clear ruling this attorney has appeared in court multiple occasions, each time and promising A judge in the court of law under oath, to fulfill the judgment that the court has ORDERED Yet he repeatedly fails follow through and comply WITH A JUDGE’S COURT ORDER . Not only does this show complete lack of respect for the law, But shows disregard to a judge, Not only does this undermine the authority of the court, but also causes undue hardship in distress as a prevailing party !! I believe one of the reasons he is disregarding a judge’s order is because of racial stigmas . I urge this company to investigate the conduct of its legal representative and take appropriate action to ensure that all individuals are treated with fairness and dignity and respect!! I will go onto post and review on several different sites so the public is aware of whose representing them And David Harnett lack of respect for the law And Judgethat is a bad combination for an attorney representing you.
