I will be honest, I called and I was uncertain of my future due to the matter that was a pending possible medical evaluation board. I was able to get a consultation and discuss what was going on With Adam Leydig. Absolutely terrible service and staff. They won’t get back to you for a year, and if they do they will rob you blind to file paperwork you could have done yourself. Save your money and don’t go for such an unpleasant and unprofessional company.

I’ve had a OTH discharge from the Navy since 1985. I was ready to move further by upgrading the OTH discharge. I ran across Crisp and Associate and was impressed mostly with the posted views on their website. As you would think with all law firms, they wouldn’t take on your case if they didn’t believe you had such a case. The lawyer assigned to me was named Benjamin Young. I felt very hopeful after submitting $3,500 fee. After numerous conversations with Blake Young and submitting every documents requested. I also spent another $1,000 obtaining a Mental Evaluation which diagnosed my problems. Somewhere along the way/process (8) months in, Mr. Benjamin Young was no longer there at the law firm. I never received no message informing me of the new development. I found out via e-mail from a brand new legal team. Mr. Blake Kollmann and his paralegal was the new name on the email letter head. I knew something was off and odd when Mr. Kollmann stated to let him know the board decision if I find out before he does. I actually was naive to think & believe the hired lawyer would presently or some type of Zoom the day of the BCNR decision to represent me being objectively if needed and present my case on my behalf. I met Blake Kollmann after the disappointing decision was sent to me as well. It should be noted upfront that it’s not like real court the lawyer representing the plaintiff. I’m upset and disappointed by the misleading of information and transparency. I feel $3,500 is too expensive to only file paperwork when that could be done by your local VSO or yourself. I wasn’t represented as I were led to believe I thought I would be.

Mr. Crisp and his team helped with getting the truth on record with the court during a brief PFA hearing. I sadly needed a use for a military lawyer and this law firm came highly suggested ill admit the communication was great however luckily after a couple of days didnt need them anymore but the process was seamless and I would definfutley use them again if needed.

I paid this firm for representation and never received updates from the attorney assigned to my case, other than occasional contact with a paralegal. Very unprofessional, and I would not recommend them.

They helped me with my upgrade discharge back in 2019 and they did an "alright" job drafting the paperwork..I reviewed it years later and found that they missed key points that lead to my circumstances. I know discharge upgrades are hard but at least put in the effort.. if it wasn't for the class action I wouldn't have gotten my upgrade and when I asked for help they asked for 5000$ so I dont believe this firm has the intrest of the veteran..I did my own research and found how to do it .so save your self 7000$ and do it your self . Nobody but you knows what happened

They move pretty quickly and so far they have been very honest and transparent, they don’t play any games. They dont make any promises they can’t keep. If you’re in need of some sort of council and you are in the military and or a veteran they specialize with these type of cases. Or if you just trying to upgrade A military discharge They’re amazing with that as well! They were recommended to me and I’m going through that process right now! They are very fair and very hard-working as well as trusting compared to a lot of other predatory firms that pray on veterans! This firm actually helps Veterans when their cases! I highly recommend them

Paid my retainer for them to represent me in my AF discharge 2 years ago. We are no further along than when we started. They've only contacted me twice in those two year and both times it was simply responding to me complaining about lack of progress and that they don't communicate. My review could change but to this point I feel like they just stole my money. Sadly I cashed out a stock to pay them, stock that has since tripled.
