Very disappointed with the service I received from this law firm. Had a solid case and provided lots of research data and evidence. They seemed interested in pursuing at first but following up became a major challenge. Calls or messages to inquire after the status of my case often remained unanswered but they were prompt when it came to asking for payment. Both Tyler Crosby and his staff seemed more focused on their personal lives than clients, at least in my case. Tyler's presentation of the case in court was weak, resulting in losing, not once but twice. After that loss, failing to appeal, and more empty promises, I was just ghosted by him. Should have stuck with my original divorce attorney for a more expedient and strategic approach. $ 10,000 in legal fees flushed and nothing to show.

I personally used Crosby & Crosby for my family matter. And can’t express how much I appreciate the work Tyler and his staff gave to my case. Divorces are messy even if you don’t want them to be! Having a paralegal like Maria makes a huge difference. She GETS it! And I knew she was in my corner all the way! The process of my divorce took 5 months. You will mostly be working with the paralegals which are not friendly at all. It’s an inconvenience if you call or email. Don’t expect fast responses. Absolutely no compassion either. Divorce is a difficult process but you are on your own. I had to remind them of all the demands I had. They even missed a few demands that I had required. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Mason & Tyler are kind. But they need better paralegals. I’m just glad this is over with.
