Croskey Law Office

Be very aware of what you are asked to sign and billing charges. Tom Croskey was the Executor and Attorney for my aunt's estate (his stepmother). He double dipped and billed duplicate charges as Executor and Attorney. Dragged the Probate out over a year after he was the Attorney who wrote her Will. A simple Will. Under advisement of another attorney in the state of Ohio; I had all the facts I needed to take him to the Bar Association. Out of respect for his father I did not pursue this.

Tom has been very helpful to my husband and I with advice on a number of topics. He and Kate are professional but friendly. He also cares about Miamisburg and the businesses within town. He has referred us to other attorneys who specialize in various topics, and has not steered us wrong.

Talked to the secretary or whoever answers the phone. I called to ask for to speak with a lawyer or set and appointment, whoever the lady was on the phone was extremely condescending and rude, hopefully she was just having a bad day and that’s not her attitude but if it is I hope nothing but the worst for her

My wife and I had new wills and POAs drawn up. Tom is a well-established and well-respected attorney in our area. He and his administrative assistant/secretary, Kathleen, were very professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They took good care of us and our needs. Very reasonably priced, as well. Highly recommend!!

Secretary is rude, lawyer drags out the process way to long, and if both parents pass they double dip the estates and tell you that you ask to many questions..
