My experience with this firm has been good and I would highly recommend them. I was especially impressed with the patience and understanding shown to me and my family. The staff always kept me informed about the case. Coral went above and beyond and I am most appreciative to her and the firm.

Ok, so there are lawyers but then there ARE LAWYERS…John Arnold and his practice are in the second category. From his intake staff to paralegal, Coral, they were there for my family and I every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine a more positive outcome and I loved that everytime I spoke to John, his main concern was always how my family was doing. I never felt like I was talking to a typical attorney and paralegal. At the end of my case I gave John and Coral big hugs. We felt taken care of, I understood every bit of the legal process, and had tremendous trust in John Arnold and his team. This is the attorney you call to represent your best interests and if necessary fight. What also impressed me about John Arnold was his ability to work so politely and professionally with opposing council. “ In my opinion I was very disappointed and felt disrespected by Crowe Arnold & Majors Attorney Firm” My experience dealing with Crowe Arnold & Majors discusses with them what happened to my Mom in a nursing home. My mom had extreme Alzheimer’s didn’t recognize family or speak much that would make any sense to us. Our family decided the best help for our Mom was in a skilled nursing home that has experienced nurses trained to deal with Alzheimer’s patients. My mom had a roommate that their family had installed a video camera in the room for their loved ones safety. The camera caught video footage showing one male nursing home facility employee I guess he didn’t know there was cameras placed in the room and the footage caught this employee performing a sexual acts on my Mom and the police were called and the nursing home employee was arrested and charged with felony sexual assault on my Mom with Alzheimer’s. After talking some time because my Sister passed away and then shortly afterwards my Mom passed away also so our family was grieving our losses. After grieving our family decided to contact Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm to see if they thought there was a negligent case against the nursing home that hired a employee that would do such a horrible thing to my Mom. After contacting Crowe Arnold & Majors Law office and they reviewed the evidence and they decided they were interested is representing our families case against the nursing home for the their neglect to keep my Mom safe from sexual assault their employee did to my Mom. The lady from Crowe Arnold & Majors law firm wanted to send my a contract agreement to sign. I discussed to her before I agree to sign anything I need to know how much do they charge they said 40% plus all expenses. Crowe Arnold & Majors was the first attorney firm I called about the case so I decided to called another attorney firm asking questions about their Law Firm and the said they charge 35% if it doesn’t go to trial and 40% of the lawsuit settlement but they don’t charge the client any other expenses just the percentage they get from the case. When I contacted Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm back and mentioned I had contacted a different Law Firm and that they include any expenses just take it out of their 40% percentage of any settlement form the nursing home sexual assault that happened from their employee while my mom was in there care. When I contacted Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm that we decided to go ahead with their law firm and I got a “Very Unprofessional Response” from the lady at “Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm” saying I should just go ahead with another attorney firm I wasn’t trying to be difficult by asking questions about their contract fees of 40% and all experiences that occur. In my opinion I thought Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm was upset because I asked a few questions and I didn’t sign there contract immediately after they reviewed the case and they had already agreed to represent my Mom’s nursing home sexual assault case but when you asked questions about how much the expenses could cost you then they decided to tell me to go with the other law firm. I guess Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm doesn’t want to represent a client that ask any questions they just want you to sign a contract with them. I was wrong when I thought I was making a good decision to decide to go with Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm. My opinion is they were “Unprofessional” So we will be going with another Law Firm. In my opinion I had a bad experience with Crowe Arnold & Majors Law Firm.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I started working with them in March of 2024. The attorney is just NOW telling me he doesn’t see it as a viable case. My 3 year old son got his thumb severely crushed while at daycare and had to have surgery to fix it. They worked awfully slow and barely followed up. The worst attorneys in the DFW area.

Call to get some representation for the elder abuse on getting in a nursing home rehab facility and also for being kicked out of a hospital will totally incapacitated and these guys just didn't give a crap Name a pop-up first is sponsored when you're looking for help but you can't get past the first phone call they don't want to help you so they're not really giving a crap about really wanting to help people that have been abused when they are elderly and disabled in nursing homes and in hospitals. Keep looking
