Easy peeasy

I was at the end, a country guy that worked 40 years but in the blink of an eye I suffered trauma that no single person should have to endure. That ruined me. After years of therapy and unable to work I had to make the decision, my only option SSD, so I called Kelly, When we were in the trenches, men with mental health disabilities were existent but not talked about And even harder to prove. Kelly worked hard and close with my team of drs.to fight the fight we had ahead of us. Crowe & Shanahan was exemplary in their support of my Sister's case for coverage. Kelly Staley and his dedicated support staff were strategic in their approach with the court. The case was complicated and could have taken different paths. Based on their experience, they were able to focus in on the most compelling, highest probability of success issues. And succeeded. On the day of the hearing, Kelly was clearly well prepared and briefed on the case. He had a plan of attack and kept with it. He pushed for virtual case at the courthouse when we learned upon arrival that the Judge was out sick. This was great thinking and enabled him to control the narrative with the virtual Judge who had no background on the case. This limited their ability to challenge and push for more evidence. I highly recommend C&S. They are well versed, know the process and don't set misleading expectations with their clients.
