Terrible service and no communication. The office never gives any updates unless you reach out to them first and they are extremely unorganized. Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist who seems agitated when you ask questions. Honestly deserves 0 stars.

The worst legal decision I could make was hiring Attorney Cruise the lack of transparency, communication and accountability almost cost me years. If you’re looking for an attorney who will answer your calls or questions definitely go elsewhere I called twice a week for a month and a half without ever getting a call back. We had a in person meeting with my family so I drove a few hours to meet him in Orlando he called when we were 20 minutes from the office to cancel. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a defense attorney who will actually represent you and talk you through the whole process.
