After a car accident, I sought them out for help. Kayleigh & Stuart were kind, helpful, professional and leveled with me. They answered all of my questions & were fully transparent with me on what was happening & why. I truly hope it do not need attorney services again, but if I do, they will be my top choice.

I was sued by Cubbon for a car accident, and they blatantly lied about my work performance and criminal history to the court. The case was dismissed with prejudice. The fact that a powerful law firm can lie to the court about someone with little means to afford counsel is disgusting.

I don't write reviews very often. But I had to post my thoughts on our experience with Cubbon & Associates. My family is from Michigan. When my daughter was involved in an accident in Toledo, we were pretty overwhelmed. I'm actually not sure how we stumbled upon Cubbon & Associates, but we did. From our first contact Stuart and Phil listened to us and made us feel like we weren't crazy. My daughter had an unusual injury and most firms I talked to didn't take her issue seriously. Phil took the time to understand and learn about my daughter's condition. They were able to get a maximum amount on her settlement. They did not add additional expenses to "pad" the bill. I always felt that they tried to minimize the costs to offer the best amount for my daughter. In fact, unfortunately my daughter was involved in another accident and Phil handled the second case and was able to negotiate a settlement that was more than I could have done myself. Don't hesitate to hire Cubbon & Associates. They are a firm that makes you feel like family!

My attorney who helped me when my Nissan Rogue was totaled in 2018 by a hit and run inebriated young lady with no insurance. But I had plenty of witnesses. I thought that was going to be my last day on earth.
