Horrible...This law firm represented the buyer and was supposed to collect the agreed upon earnest money. The buyer backed out because they were trying to wholesale the home we were selling and couldn't. I requested the earnest money, but have not received a response to my request from Heather.
Hi, Lynn, I’m not sure a Google review is a fair place to address this but it’s not the job of our firm to collect earnest money, we just hold it as a courtesy to the parties. Without a signed release of contract, no law firm could disburse earnest money. Heather has been working on this and it might be fair to give her more than a couple of days to respond to you. Thank you for taking time to leave a Google review, although I’m certainly sorry it’s so negative.
