Cullan & Cullan very quickly determined that it was not an appropriate firm for my case, but referred me to another firm. What was impressive was that Virginia Cullan took the time to make sure the other firm contacted me promptly, and also said that if I didn't hear from it (I did, in very short order) to let her know, and that she would contact them again. Given what I know now about Cullan & Cullan's fields of expertise, I'm not likely to ever need their services, but I will definitely recommend them to anyone who would fit with them.

Rude people - office manager and attorney were both very unfriendly and rude during my consultation.

I called this firm for something that fell outside of their specialty of birth injury, brain injury, and paralysis cases. Even so, Virginia Cullan went out of her way to offer me some guidance and even a form that I’d potentially need. The process of finding representation is very challenging and often disheartening, compounding the already painful issues surrounding one’s case. Virgina’s genuine concern, empathy, and willingness to help a fellow human restored some of my faith enough to keep going.
