I was simply calling for a case consultation. I had already filled out a case consultation online previously and was just calling to speak with someone to get some insight. Before I could even explain my situation about the medical negligence after the auto accident which is what the call was in regards to I was interrupted and asked questions not relating to the call. After I proceeded to let Mindy know that I wasn’t calling in regards to the accident it self, but the negligence at the hospital. She then proceeds to let me tell a brief description of what I endured before cutting me off and stating that what I had just told her which was not the main part of the call could be fixed. I never got to explain the spinal injuries sustained before she cut me off to tell me that those could be fixed by surgery. I read the reviews of this firm beforehand and I seen they were great. I feel as though my situation was totally disregarded and I wasn’t able to give her the adequate information. I’m very disappointed in the treatment of Mindy.

After 14 months of getting nowhere with the company's representatives we decided to hire an attorney. Kim Cullen was the only one who, after hearing our story, asked to meet with us in person to discuss specifics. During that first meeting we asked a lot of questions, provided our documents, and laid out our case. Kim listened, had good suggestions, and offered next steps forward without pressure. To our delight he was able to get an audience with the company, along with their big lawyers, and get us a winning resolution through mediation - avoiding litigation, trial, and a lot of extra costs. Throughout the process Kim checked in with us regularly, listened and lead based on our conversations, and validated our feelings. It felt both collaborative and comfortable.
