I was greatly impressed with Cummings and Lewis. Mr. Cummings helped me with my disability case. He got me improved quickly after being turned down for 8 years. Will never be able to thank Mr. Cummings and his staff for everything they’ve done.

I can not be more grateful to have Cummings and Lewis as attorneys to help me get my disability approved after nearly 4 years. I was denied of course the first time. But because of my continued condition, it was overlooked by the previous disability decision. I became homeless and sicker. They encouraged me to be patient and to trust the process. I hired Lewis March 2024 and was approved September 2025. Michelle ( parallel) Alley ( front desk) were so incredibly awesome with any questions and concerns I might have had. I was emailed immediately or called back immediately if I had concerns. The entire staff reached out during my last 4 surgical procedures just to check in on me and to see if there was anything they could do to ease my mind. I was walked through the entire process from April 2024-October 2025. When my hearing was completed in September and the judge made the ruling all I could do was cry. Mr. Lewis went above and beyond for me. He was extremely compassionate of my circumstances and well being. I wish I could give 100 stars because 5 stars just isn’t enough. Thank you Cummings and Lewis for your dedication, empathy, compassion and loyalty and honesty and support. You all deserve more the entire staff does. We would recommend Mr. Cummings all day long!! My husband a veteran, former police officer, got very sick and no longer could work. this changed our lives tremendously. We didn't know what to do. We filed a Social Security claim and were told get an attorney asap. We called Mr. Cummings and he stepped in. He was very forthcoming and caring. Finally we were approved due to the due diligence of Mr. Cummings and his staff. They always called us back if we had questions, they never left us feeling like we didn't have someone on our side. Mr. Lewis and his staff are amazing. Not only did he get me settled right with my workers comp, he also helped me settle my car accident case from being hit head on in the same year. It took a little over 1 year to finnly get this all figured out and finished but we won. They even offered to help in 2 years when my case comes up for review. I highly recommen this law firm they are very accommodating senice I do have a hard time driving and they do all they can to keep you up to date.
