Subject: With Deep Gratitude and Appreciation Dear Trey Middlebrook, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your incredible hard work, kindness, and unwavering support during the time you represented me in my case against the Atlanta Country Club. Working with you was truly a blessing, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care, diligence, and professionalism you showed throughout the entire process. You were not only an exceptional attorney, but also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. Your steadfast dedication, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic gave me confidence and peace during a very challenging time. You were always prepared, always professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Without hesitation, I can say you are the most amazing attorney I have ever had the privilege of working with.I also want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the birthday card you so thoughtfully left for me. I was completely unaware of it at the time and only recently received it, which made it all the more meaningful. That simple but heartfelt gesture spoke volumes about your character and compassion, and it truly touched me.Please extend my deepest appreciation to your wonderful staff as well—Christian Tanner. Her support, kindness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and together you all made a difficult experience feel manageable and supported.I, Torry Adeola, am eternally grateful for your service, your advocacy, and your integrity. I would wholeheartedly and confidently recommend you and your firm to anyone in need of an attorney. Thank you again for everything you have done for me. It will never be forgotten .With sincere gratitude and appreciation, Torry Adeola

They did not do me right.. hard to believe it's been 10 years, but Trey was very unorganized and was not successful in beating my case with FedEx at all so I came out with nothing and was never happy about him and his service. He could've been way more proficient but that's the way it goes. I lost.

⭐ 1 Star Dropped in the Middle of a Medical Transition with life altering injuries. I was represented by Will Cummings for a workers’ compensation case following a career-ending shoulder injury as a paramedic. I trusted that my case was being handled with care — until I realized my attorney wasn’t up to date on the true severity of my condition. Especially after a year and an half with two surgeries. Even after I sent updated MRIs, therapy notes, and reports, he admitted he didn’t realize how bad my shoulder had regressed. When I respectfully addressed this concern and asked him to review the case more thoroughly, he withdrew from representing me days later. His withdrawal letter gave no legal reasoning — only that it was “in everyone’s best interest.” At the time he dropped my case, I was in the middle of transitioning between doctors and had no active physician, no physical therapy, and no workers’ comp representative. In other words, I was left with absolutely nothing — no medical care and no legal support — right when I needed stability the most. As a 15-year paramedic who dedicated my life to helping others, it was disappointing to experience such a lack of accountability and compassion. If you’re dealing with a serious injury, I would strongly caution you to find an attorney who won’t walk away when things get complicated. Professionalism means standing with your client through the hard parts — not backing out when asked to pay closer attention. — Trey

I received a call from Attorney Trey Middlebrooks shortly after I was referred to his practice on Google. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about Workers Comp issues and familiar with the company I worked for. I secured his help and we were off and running. Great lawyer and I am pleased with the assistance.

Tracy Middlebrooks is a wonderful attorney, his paralegal Cristin is great as well, this is the best team you could have in your corner. Tracy and Cristin, never treated me like I was bothering them, they answered my question, explained everything until I understood what was happening, and always took the time to answer or return my call quickly. He even tried to answer questions for me or refer me to someone on other matters. Hopefully will never need him again but should the occasion rise he will be my first call.

It was unfortunate that I was injured on the job however, I was in the best hands possible, with my litigation. Tray (Tracy Middlebrooks) helped me receive the best possible outcome for my case. Cristin, is an amazing paralegal and she was so helpful throughout the entire process. Both Tray and Cristin always followed up quickly to my email inquiries and both took great care in ensuring I was aware of the processes of my case and where exactly things stood, at that given time. Tray is thorough and diligent. He worked so very hard to get me great results during my care and for my settlement. I thank you both for all that you did to ensure a pleasant experience with the firm.
