I was in need of help with an update to my Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care and HIPPA documents under a very short timeline. I contacted Cunningham Legal for this activity. Guolin "Angela" Li immediately responded to my request. I provided her with pertinent information and former documents. Very quickly Angela created new documents for a face-to-face review. Within less than a month, all documents were finalized with notarized signatures and placed in a hardcopy portfolio along with other ancillary documents. I found the process very efficient and would recommend Cunningham Legal to others.

We recently moved to Texas from California, and had to update our estate planning documents to conform to Texas law. Fortunately, Cunningham Legal has an attorney ( Daniel Van Slyke) licensed to practice in both states. His knowledge and professionalism was a great help and resource to us with this project. The attorney took months to do work on our family trust that could have been done in weeks. They were unresponsive, would only perform work if we sent more money even though they had a retainer fee, and constant requests to do such work. When we decided to find representation elsewhere and notified the attorney we would no longer need their services, they charged us over $300 to write a letter of “disengagement.” Terrible people.
