Matthew was excellent in helping me defend myself from my partner who assaulted me and then tried to claim being the victim, he had a clear and ultimately successful plan on how to use the evidence I had of being the one who was attacked to have the charges dropped. He was very helpful in guiding me through the overly complicated hearing proces, all with a both affable and professional attitude, and always got back to me quickly if I had a question. He was also very knowledgeable in the quirks of how the local court system and other professionals involved in it's ecosystem operate.

I had a PO order placed against me. Mr Curcione took my case, guided me through the whole process, and was extremely helpful. He even improvised and got me a lawyer on the spot when my case took a turn into a different issue. At the end of the story, the PO order was dropped, and it had the outcome I had hoped for. I ended up hiring him for a second time, with more serious allegations, one of which was a felony. We beat the misdemeanor, and today we won the felony at the preliminary hearing! You rarely see this. His caring and hard work on my cases made a huge difference. I would retain him again without hesitation!
