I was involved in a three car collision in 2023 at no fault of my own. I hired an injury firm shortly afterwards. A year to date from the collision, I'd only been contacted by them three or four times. On top of that, I had to submit all of my medical bills due to the fact they could not acquire them. The firm offered me a settlement without having all of the medicals and was told I had to accept it because I'd given "verbal" acceptance.
