I suffered a terrible work injury that has left me disabled. Curtis Porter & Adams represented me for the long drawn out lawsuit lasting almost 2 years. There was alot of ups and downs but along the way, but if i had any questions or concerns, I never had to wait for answers. Well, the Attorney Adam didn't do the best for my son on his claim. They had an agree against work place & workman's comp. They breeched the contract Agreement & Andy, isn't doing anything on my son's behalf on the BREECHED CONTRACT AGREEMENT. Andy won't even communicate or anything. This doesn't look good on behalf Curtis, Porter & Adams. But, this is my personal OPINION... I think when an AGREEMENT is BREECHED their should be some kind of action that can be done. CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG OR SEND MY SON TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY THAT WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BREECHED AGREEMENT CONTRACT..... Also, Andy really never fought for my son that well. He tells him he be set then settles on very very LOW amount. My son deserves the best after waiting 3+ yrs on his case being told one thing then Adam done a total opposite on him. The amount of settlement didn't do anything. I think they could've done so much better for him but, they didn't. Very LOW ON COMMUNICATION with their client.
