I had a speeding citation in Haywood County, NC while living out of state and the team at Curtis Sluder Law Firm handled everything for me. They were professional, responsive and explained the process clearly. I completed a defensive driving course as requested, signed the waiver of appearance and they appeared in court on my behalf. The charge was ultimately voluntarily dismissed. I really appreciate their help and would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a traffic citation.

I hired Curtis Sluder Law Firm to help me with a speeding ticket. I had a speeding ticket for 80 in a 60 and they were able to get my ticket reduced to improper equipment with no insurance points or drivers license points. I did have a clean driving record before this speeding ticket. I did not have to go to court they went for me. I don't think that if I had tried to represent myself that I would have had the same outcome. I would highly recommend that you at least talk to this law firm and see what your options are before you try to handle it yourself. I am very happy with the services they provided for me.

I Used sluder law firm to get my case dismissed. Even though they got 2 out of 3 of my tickets dismissed, I still ended up with my licenses being suspended for 6 months. Reply to the response: This was only my 2nd speeding ticket in my entire 25 years a living so far. So correction I didn’t get mutiple speeding tickets and I didn’t have pending speeding tickets. My last speeding ticket was in 2023 which your secretary confirmed here is the proof. Which why I asked why would my license be suspended if this if only my 2nd speeding ticket? Then I had to pay court fee, with my last speeding ticket I didn’t have to. You guys did the bare minimum ended up having my license suspended and still had to pay court fees.
